In addition to a comprehensive portfolio of products, Zeelandia offers a wealth of experience with its Engineering department. Working closely with our customers, our Engineering department can provide bespoke solutions to individual scenarios.

From the design, manufacture and implementation of complex machinery, such as lower level grease hoppers, and spinning disc machines, to supply of the mobile Plug ‘n Spray Machine for smaller to medium sized bakeries, very few of our competitors offer such a dedicated engineering service.

The Zeelandia Engineering department offers 24 hour callout cover where required, and can provide solutions to application and hygiene questions in all settings.

Particularly for the industrial customer, Zeelandia Engineering offers its acclaimed Telemetry system. The telemetry system offers off-site monitoring and ordering of divider oils and release agents supplied in bulk, allowing real-time measurements, and more time-effective and manageable controls of product levels. In an age where it is imperative to reduce costs and inefficiencies, this telemetry system enables the removal of a level of responsibility from the sites, enabling them to concentrate on other aspects of their job.
