Zeelandia’s O’mega Bread is a 50% concentrate, enriched with O’mega 3 fatty acids. The O'mega 3 fatty acids carry numerous health benefits including helping the heart, brain and blood circulation. It also contains iodised salt which is considered by many to be the most economical, convenient and effective way of treating Iodine Deficiency Disorders.
O’mega Bread contains spelt, linseed, oats and lightly roasted aromatic malts, which help contribute to a nutty and intricate flavour. The concentrate provides the baker with bread that has a consistent appearance and finish with an inspired taste to accompany. Packaged in a 10kg bag, O’mega Bread is a 50-50 concentrate that only requires the addition of flour yeast and water to bake premium bread with added value.
