A 50% concentrate. For the production of ball, ring and finger doughnuts. Requires the addition of yeast, flour and water to create a really soft but handle-able dough. The MXI technology allows direct control of individual enzymes, in order to maximise specific properties for superior product preformance such as extended shelf life and soft eating quality.
