Liv is a delicious multigrain bread which is high in fibre and due to the inclusion of beta-glucan, it can actively lower your cholesterol. This is a 100% mix.

*For rolls increase yeast to 110 -120g 

Method

> Mixing (Spiral) - 5 mins slow then 5 mins fast

Note: Mix times stated are essential to enable water to be fully absorbed and for dough to be developed to optimal level.

>  Scale dough pieces to desired weight and hand up. Rest for 10 mins

> Mould and place on trays/in tins

> Proving - Standard settings for 50 – 60 mins

> Baking (with or without steam) Temp: 225 – 230oC

Times:

> Rolls/Subs: 15-18 mins

> Bread: 30 – 35 mins

Note: Extended bake times are needed due to high moisture level in dough
