Gamma GP helps the baker to produce products of a consistent shape and volume time after time

 

Our improver can be used across numerous applications, including soft white bread, crusty white rolls, wholemeal and multigrain bread and rolls and even doughnuts, pastries and Belgian Buns to name a few. 

 

Additionally, Gamma GP works well across all flour qualities and will provide the baker will excellent dough tolerance as well as process tolerance. 

 

Gamma GP can be dosed from 0.5 - 2%
