Method:

• Mix all ingredients (except for the blueberries) for 1 minute slow and 3 minutes medium speed
• Add blueberries and mix for a further 1 minute on slow
• Deposit into muffin cases
• Bake at 200ᣞC for 25 minutes (approx.)
• Cool in the cases

Baker'sTips: 

Sprinkle nibbed sugar on top of muffins before baking to add crunch and give an attractive appearance.
