Preparation
Method:
- Mix all ingredients (except for the carrot, sultanas and walnuts) for 1 minute slow and 5 minutes medium speed
- Add inclusions and mix for a further 1 minute on slow
- Deposit into tins
- Bake at 170ᣞC for 45-50 minutes (approx.)
- Tip from tin and cool on a wire rack
Baker's Tip:
Sandwich and coat with cream cheese frosting, dress sides with chopped walnuts and top with piped or marzipan carrots.
