Method:

  • Combine eggs and oil and mix for 1 minute on slow speed with flat beater.
  • Add other ingredients and mix for 1 minute on slow speed and 2 minutes on medium speed.
  • Spread evenly in a greased tin (60x 40 cm).
  • Bake at 150°c for 50 minutes (approx)
  • Cool in the tin and slice as required.

 

Tips:

  • Suggested brownie size 5x5 cm.
  • Decorate with chocolate, nuts or strands as required.
  • For a chewier brownie add up to 20% caster sugar on mix weight.
  • Mixed nuts can be added with the chocolate chips at 25% on mix weight.
