Preparation

 

Method:

  • Add all ingredients (except for the choc chips) and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
  • Add choc chips and mix for one further minute on slow speed.
  • Roll out to achieve an 8cm diameter roll
  • Cover and chill for 1 hour
  • Slice into 2cm cookies (approx 80g)
  • Bake at 190°c for 12 minutes (approx)
  • Cool on the trays.

 

Tips:

  • Other additions can be used (nuts, fruit etc..)
  • Baking times can be varied for chewy or crunchy cookies.
