Dutch Apple Cake

Multi Cake Mix 1 200
Vegetable oil 500
Whole egg 500
Sliced eating apple 200
Toppings:
Sliced eating apple 600
Caster Sugar 50
Cinnamon 5

Preparation

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients (except for the apple) for 1 minute slow and 5 minutes medium speed.
  • Add apple and mix for 1 minute on slow.
  • Deposit into tins and top with sliced apple.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake at 170C for 55-60 minutes (approx.)
