(Mix together juice and sugar in a clean bowl to make the glaze) |
Preparation
Method:
- Mix multicake, eggs butter, water and zest in a planetary mixer for 1 minute slow and 4 minutes medium speed using flat beater.
- Deposit 400g in a loaf tin, lined with greaseproof case.
- Bake at 180°c for 40 minutes (approx)
- Cool slightly and tip from tins.
- Decorate with drizzle glaze when warm, and slice as required.
