Preparation
Method:
- Mix both batters together in separate bowls using flat beater.
- Mix for 1 minute slow and 3 minutes medium speed.
- Use 300g plain batter and 100g dark batter per loaf cake.
- Deposit into cases and marble using flat knife.
- Bake at 180°c for 50 minutes (approx)
- Cool in the cases.
Tips:
- Decorate with demerera sugar before bake for a crunchy topping.
- Glaze with chocolate when cool.
