Multicake Mix 1 300 100
Margarine/Butter (soft) 0 650 50

Cocoa powder 0 135 10

Total Batter Weight 8 005
22.5 loaf cakes @ 400g

 

Method:

  • Mix both batters together in separate bowls using flat beater.
  • Mix for 1 minute slow and 3 minutes medium speed.
  • Use 300g plain batter and 100g dark batter per loaf cake.
  • Deposit into cases and marble using flat knife.
  • Bake at 180°c for 50 minutes (approx)
  • Cool in the cases.

 

Tips:

  • Decorate with demerera sugar before bake for a crunchy topping.
  • Glaze with chocolate when cool.
