Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and using a whisk, blend on first speed for 1 minute
  • Mix on top speed for 2 - 3 minutes and finally mix for 1 minute on slow speed
  • Scale at 800 grams for an 18" x 30" tray
  • Bake at 250°C
  • Bake time 5 - 6 minutes
