Marble Cake

Preparation

Method:

  • Mix ingredients
  • Deposit 300 grams of finished batter into a greased tin
  • Colour some of the plain batter with chocolate/chocolate colour flavour and place this into a savoy bag fitted with a number 4 round plain piping nozzle
  • Pipe 50 grms of chocolate/chocolate coloured batter into the white plain batter and marble using a knife
  • Level off
  • Bake at 180ºC
  • Bake time 30 minutes
