Roma Cold Classic 0 400
Water 1 000
Egg White 0 40

Method:

  • Put water into a bowl and whisk in egg white for 1 minute on slow speed
  • Whisking slowly gradually add Roma Cold Classic, then whisk on 3rd speed for 3-4 minutes
  • The Roma Cold Classic mix is now ready for use
  • Bake as normal
  • Store and display below 5°C
