With our recently built, state of the art Technical Centre, Zeelandia can replicate virtually any baking process. In separate confectionery and bread areas, we have the most modern ovens, mixers, provers, and research equipment. Coupled with the new research laboratory, Zeelandia has the capability to offer tailor made solutions quickly and efficiently. It allows us to bring an idea from conception to production in the quickest possible time, and undertake new product development quicker than ever before.
