Preparation
Method:
- Mix all ingredients (except for the apple) for 1 minute slow and 5 minutes medium speed.
- Add apple and mix for 1 minute on slow.
- Deposit into tins and top with sliced apple.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 170ᣞC for 55-60 minutes (approx.)
