Preparation
Method:
- Mix all ingredients (except honey) in a planetary mixer for 1 minute slow and 3 minutes medium speed using flat beater.
- Deposit 400g in a loaf cake tin (with greaseproof case).
- Optional: fold in a small quantity of honey
- Cut the length of each cake with a greased scraper for a central rise.
- Bake at 180°c for 40 minutes (approx)
- Cool slightly and tip from tin, cool on a wire rack.
- Brush, or inject, honey into and on the cake to taste.
