OOO Cake recipes

OOO cake base recipe:

IngredientsQuantity
Cake Mix 1,000g
Whole eggs 250g
Vegetable oil 250g
Water at 25°C 250g

Method:

Mix the ingredients for 5 minutes at low speed with a flat beater.

Baking temperature 175 - 185°C.

Baking time 40-50 minutes.

Caramelooo Cream Fudge Role (Makes 2) 

 

Ingredients (In addition to the standard 'OOO' recipe)Quantity
Stiffly Whipped Cream 500ml
Chopped Fudge Pieces 100g
Icing Sugar To dust

Method:

Line half a baking sheet with silicone paper.

Spread out the cake mix evenly and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.

When cool, spread with cream and sprinkle with half the fudge pieces.

Roll up as for a swiss roll.

Decorate with cream and fudge pieces and finally dust with icing sugar to finish.

Caramelooo Tarts (Makes 20 @ 40g)  

 

Ingredients (In addition to the standard 'OOO' recipe)Quantity
Sweet Pastry 1kg
Whipped Cream 400g
Caramel Miroir Glaze 100g
Shortcake Heart Biscuits 20

 Method:

Line 20 tart cases with sweet pastry and dock well.

Pipe in 40g of Caramelooo cake mix to each case and bake for 160°C for 25 minutes.

When cool, decorate with caramel cream swirls and heart shaped biscuits.

Salted Caramel Cupcakes (Makes 10 @ 80g)

 

Ingredients (In addition to the standard 'OOO' recipe)Quantity
Whipped Cream 400g
Caramel Miroir Glaze 100g
Sea Salt 10g

Method:

Fill 10 cupcakes to 2/3 full with Caramelooo cake mix.

Bake for 160°C for 20 minutes.

When cool, decorate with a swirl of caramel cream and a flake of sea salt to finish.

ChocOrangeooo Zesty Slices (Makes 24 slices)

 

Ingredients (In addition to the standard 'OOO' recipe)Quantity
Stiffly whipped cream 1l
Aldia orange cream filling 200ml
Orange zest 50g

Method:

Line a half sheet with silicone paper and spread the ChocOrangooo cake mix out evenly.

Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.

When cool, spilt in half and spread a thin layer of Aldia orange cream filling onto each sheet.

Pipe on the cream and sandwich the layers together.

Divide into 24.

Pipe a swirl of cream onto each slice, then decorate withorange zest to finish.
