Preparation
Method:
- Mix the Fiesta corn mix Flour and Water for 2mins on slow and 6mins on fast on a spiral mixer
 - Rest for 10mins
 - Pin the dough out and encase the pastry marg and make 3 half turns then rest for 10mins
 - Make another 3 half turns then place in the fridge over night
 
- Puff ready for next day use
