Pastry margarine 0 800

 

Method:

  • Mix the Fiesta corn mix Flour and Water for 2mins on slow and 6mins on fast on a spiral mixer
  • Rest for 10mins
  • Pin the dough out and encase the pastry marg and make 3 half turns then rest for 10mins
  • Make another 3 half turns then place in the fridge over night
  • Puff ready for next day use
