Preparation
Method:
- Melt butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla extract in a bain marie until the butter is melted and stir well to combine ingredients.
- Cool slightly and beat in eggs in 4 stages.
- Fold in Multicake mix until thoroughly combined.
- Deposit into desired trays/ moulds
- Bake at 160°c for 20-25 minutes
