Method:

  • Melt butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla extract in a bain marie until the butter is melted and stir well to combine ingredients.
  • Cool slightly and beat in eggs in 4 stages.
  • Fold in Multicake mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Deposit into desired trays/ moulds
  • Bake at 160°c for 20-25 minutes
