Preparation

Method (Makes 1 full size 30x18 sheet):

  • Mix margarine and Quicklift for 1 minute 1st speed
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 1 minute 1st speed to a paste. Scrape down
  • Mix for a further 5 - 6 minutes on 2nd speed
  • Deposit at 4kg per sheet
  • Bake at 180°C
  • Bake time approximately 40 minutes
