Preparation
Method (Makes 1 full size 30x18 sheet):
- Mix margarine and Quicklift for 1 minute 1st speed
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 1 minute 1st speed to a paste. Scrape down
- Mix for a further 5 - 6 minutes on 2nd speed
- Deposit at 4kg per sheet
- Bake at 180°C
- Bake time approximately 40 minutes
