We are proud to introduce two new ready-to-use marzipans: Golden and Neutral. Each has been carefully developed to deliver consistency, versatility, and the quality that bakers can trust when creating cakes for the most meaningful occasions.
Golden Marzipan, gives a beautiful smooth base for applying the all important layer of sugar paste or royal icing for celebration cakes. It offers a balance of flavour and workability that makes it equally suitable for modelling decorations or rolling to perfection.
Neutral Marzipan, offers all the benefits of Golden but has no added colour making it a perfect base for professional cake decorators who want precision, control, and the ability to achieve a flawless finish beneath icing. For wedding cakes in particular—where every detail matters and every finish must be immaculate—Neutral Marzipan is the ideal choice. It allows bakers to present their artistry with confidence and provides a blank canvas for adding colour to create flowers, figures or anything else today’s bride imagines!
Both marzipans are made with 22.5% almond content, to deliver an authentic, premium taste. Supplied in conveniently sized 2.5kg blocks, individually wrapped for ease of use and long-lasting freshness, they offer a 12-month shelf life—an invaluable advantage for busy bakeries.
