BRCGS AA+ Rating

Flemings Zeelandia has been awarded a BRCGS AA+ rating in an unannounced food safety and quality audit.

Building on the success of our Colchester AA+ BRCGS (Brand Reputation compliance Global Standard) audit result earlier this year, we are extremely proud to announce that  Flemings Zeelandia (part of Zeelandia UK), has also achieved the top rating for food safety and quality, for its Wigan manufacturing site.

 

Following a rigorous unannounced audit, we were awarded AA+ status – the highest possible score from the renowned safety and quality certification programme, which is only achieved by around 30% of companies. Developed with input from industry, it provides a framework to manage product safety, authenticity, legality and quality, and the operational controls for these criteria in the food and food ingredient manufacturing, processing and packing industry.
