Preparation
Method:
- Add all ingredients (other than milk) to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix on 1st speed for 2 mins.
- Add milk on 1st speed and mix until a soft dough is formed.
- Rest dough for 10 mins then pin out to a depth of 3cm.
- Cut out disks of dough and then place onto a baking tray lined with silicone paper.
- Glaze and then decorate.
- Rest for 30 mins.
- Bake @215-225°c for 14-18 mins.
