Preparation
Method:
- Combine eggs and oil and mix for 1 minute on slow speed with flat beater.
- Add other ingredients and mix for 1 minute on slow speed and 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Spread evenly in a greased tin (60x 40 cm).
- Bake at 150°c for 50 minutes (approx)
- Cool in the tin and slice as required.
Tips:
- Suggested brownie size 5x5 cm.
- Decorate with chocolate, nuts or strands as required.
- For a chewier brownie add up to 20% caster sugar on mix weight.
- Mixed nuts can be added with the chocolate chips at 25% on mix weight.
