Preparation

 

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients for 1 minute slow and 3 minutes medium speed.
  • Rest for 10 minutes.
  • Deposit using ring donut dispenser at 50g
  • Fry at 170°c for 2 minutes per side
  • Cool and decorate as required.

 

Tips:

  • Cinnamon sugar or chocolate topping compliment these light donuts very well.
  • If the batter is too stiff add some more oil as required.
