Preparation

Chocolate, Peach and Brandy
Soak plain or chocolate sponge with peach jelly made with a generous helping of brandy. When set top with
sliced peaches and cover with Roma Cold flavoured with dark chocolate melted and added to the Roma Cold
whilst whisking. Top with whipped cream and decorate.


Tia Maria & Coffee
Soak a plain sponge (made with Multicake Mix), mixed with broken macaroon biscuits in Tia Maria and top with Roma Cold flavoured
with coffee flavouring. Top with whipped cream and decorate as required.


Raspberry Trifle
Soak a plain sponge (made with Multicake Mix) with raspberry jelly and top with Roma Cold, cover with raspberries and top with
whipped cream and decorate as required.


Custard Tart
Blind bake small pastry cases and when cold pipe in small (using a star tube) a pyramid of Roma Cold.
Dust with drinking chocolate and icing sugar.


Fruit and Custard Slice
Cut a strip of puff pastry approximately 5" wide and place a filling (selected from one of the Frutafill range)
mixed with white cake crumbs down the centre. Top with a thick pipe of Roma Cold and place a strip of puff
pastry over the whole item, making sure that the edges are well moistened. Glaze with egg and bake.
When cold cut into slices approximately 1½" wide.
